What sort of costume does one wear to a Halloween Party when one has little access to either funds or useful materials of any sort? Drenched in actual animal blood with hacked-off bovine limbs as a replacement for human limbs? Hmm, sounds a little extreme for a pescetarian such as myself. Any better ideas?

Hmmm, back in the 1980s when I lived in ol’ blighty, English people didn’t know what Halloween was. Or if they did, no one celebrated it or paid the slightest bit of attention to it. I guess American culture has pervaded every bit of English life, huh?
